What is the delivery time for UK orders?
Standard delivery within the UK takes 1–3 working days.
Is there a shipping fee for orders?
Shipping is free for all orders over £50. For smaller orders, there is a fixed fee of £9.99.
How can I track my order after it has been dispatched?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a carrier tracking link via email. You can use this link to track the status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not at this time, but we’re working on offering flexible payment options soon.
How soon will my order be processed after payment?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (Mon–Fri).
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
How do I return a damaged product?

How can I get a full refund for my return?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your card provider.
